You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and refund requests may be processed at the originating ALPS terminal up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled trip and are subject to a 20% surcharge.

The service fee is non-refundable.

Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or visiting https://easybus.ph/rebook

Over-the-counter rebooking and refund requests may be processed at the originating ALPS terminal up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled trip, subject to the following fees:

Rebooking Fee: ₱100.00
Refund Fee: 20% surcharge

The service fee is non-refundable.

For PWD and Senior Citizens, discounts may be availed through online booking, subject to the presentation of the required valid ID.

For Students, the discount is available for walk-in bookings only. A valid Student ID for the current school year or a Registration Form must be presented.

For Children 5 years old and below, a fixed fare of ₱20.00 applies, provided a Birth Certificate is presented as proof of age. Must be seated on the accompanying adult’s lap and will not occupy a seat.
