You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Alps ticketing office up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.

Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebook.

For same-day online rebooking, some payment options may not be available.

Over-the-counter rebooking and requests for refund is also available at any of Alps ticketing offices and up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and are subject to the following fees:

  • Rebooking: ₱100.00
  • Refund: 20% surcharge.
  • Service fee is non-refundable.

For PWD and Senior Citizens, discounts may be availed through online booking, subject to the presentation of the required valid ID.

For Students, the discount is available for walk-in bookings only. A valid Student ID for the current school year or a Registration Form must be presented.

For Children 5 years old and below, a fixed fare of ₱20.00 applies, provided a Birth Certificate is presented as proof of age. Must be seated on the accompanying adult’s lap and will not occupy a seat.
